He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Everette and Hattie Viola Cook Sebastian; and his siblings, Mary Brannock, Virginia Floyd, Patsy Whittington and Jerry Sebastian.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Edwards Sebastian of Roaring River; his children, William Bill Sebastian (Sandy) of Roaring River and Jennifer Sebastian Schwarz (Jon) of Hampstead, NC; his grandchildren, Grayson Sebastian, Hope Sebastian, Lily Schwarz, Cydney Schwarz, Levi Schwarz and Landra Marley; and his siblings, Margie Wray of North Wilkesboro, Alice Clonch of North Wilkesboro, Linda Cheek of North Wilkesboro, Dwight Sebastian (Judie) of Hays and Danny Sebastian (Karron) of Hays.
