It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Danny Kennedy of Roaring River, North Carolina, who passed away on February 17, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Van Warren Kennedy. He is survived by: his mother Colleen Gentry Kennedy of Elkin; his daughter Daniyel Kennedy-Bates of State Road; his sister Cathy Kennedy Peabody (Howard) of Mooresville; and his grandchildren, Amber Phillips, Misty Chipman Weidemann-Shaw and Steven Michael Robinson, Jr.. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; 8 nieces and nephews; 10 great nieces and nephews.
