He is survived by: his children, Mary Ann Blackburn and Randy Neal Blackburn (Joan) of Greensboro; his grandchildren, Alexandra Nicole Blackburn and Garrett Davis Blackburn; and his brother Albert Blackburn (Linda) of Hays.
