He is survived by: his daughter Joy Denise Pearson; his siblings, Benny Rogers Pearson (Barbara) of Roanoke Rapids, NC, Pamela Wrenn of Roanoke Rapids, Madeline Cifers (Bud) of Emporia, VA, Cynthia Johnson (Dale) of Emporia, VA, Dale Davis (Stanley) of Emporia, VA and Crystal Capps of Emporia, VA; his sisters-in-law, Daphnea Thompson (Bert), Debra Chambers and Alice Mae Pearson of Roanoke Rapids, NC; and his friends, William, Angela Wells, Stewart Pernell and Jimmy King. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, good co- workers, and neighbors.
