He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Doris Plyler; his wife Sharon Hollowell Nowell; his children, Heather Ridley (Brandon), Matthew Manning (Kayla) and Kim Wheeler (Hunter); his brothers, Mike Plyler (Kim), Albert Morris (Susan) and Ronald K. Nowell; his daughter Harley Rae Nowell; his grandchildren, Kalvi, Walker, Natalie Walker, Matthew Manning, George Manning, Jasiyah Brown and Annesleigh Wheeler (family: Debbie Britt, Wanda Taylor); and his pet Diamond.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Good Samaritan Baptist Church (142 Zoo Rd N, Roanoke Rapids, NC 27870).
