He was predeceased by: his parents, Odbert Clee Harsh and Susie I. Shaw Harsh. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Cooke Harsh; and his children, Adrianne Shearin (Tony) of Roanoke Rapids, Velvie Zabel (Nate) of Red Oak, Renee Hoggard (Chris) of Roanoke Rapids, Stacey Harsh of Arizona and Greg Harsh of Southport. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
