He is survived by: his wife Marcia Edmondson Weatherwax; his sons, Matthew Weatherwax and Jesse Weatherwax; his siblings, Lisa Bateman (David), Karen Spring (Dusty), Steven Boyce, Ronald Boyce (Laura), Glenn Boyce (Bonnie) and Raymond Boyce (Linda); and his stepmother Gerlina Weatherwax.
