She was predeceased by: her parents, Jasper Clarence Parrish and Clara Mae Butler Parrish; her husband Thomas William Claiborne, Sr.; her daughter Tracy Miles; and her grandson Thad Ryan Nelson, Jr. (TJ).
She is survived by: her children, Timothy Ray Nelson, Sr. (Patty), Thad Ryan Nelson (Michelle), Tammy Strickland (Ty) and Tina Lillibridge (James); her siblings, Dennis Parrish and Kathy Heath; and her grandchildren, Aaron, Jaime, Karl, Kaci, Timmy, Mary Beth, Ashley, Katelin, Shellie and Corey.
