Thomas Barnes Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 16, 2021, at the age of 82, Thomas Barnes of Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Barnes and Annie Belle Barnes; his former wife Linda Edwards; his son-in-law Jerry Crocker; his siblings, Dallas Barnes and Anne Barnes; and his stepdaughter Scarlette Hinnant Stovall.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda Hinnant Barnes; his children, Sara Crocker and Charles Barnes (Vickie); and his stepson Pat Hinnant (Hallie). He is also survived by several grandchildren, step-grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Christ's Church, 745 Davenport Farm Rd., Winterville, NC 28590.
