He was predeceased by: his parents, Stancil Biscoe Pittman, Sr. and Wilma Gray Pittman; and his brother Keith Pittman. He is survived by: his children, Amanda P. Hedgepeth (Donnie) and Justin Pittman (Jessica) of Roanoke Rapids; his grandchildren, Brook, Steven "Squirrel", Nathan Pittman, Gracey, Bella and Sophia Hedgepeth; his brothers, Stevie Pittman (Debbie) of Roanoke Rapids and Eddie Pittman (Seratha) of Halifax; and his aunts and uncles, Don Gray (Paula) of Cana, Gary Gray (Elaine) of Cana, Peggy Scales of Cana and Virginia Simicich of Las Vegas, Nevada.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Askew Funeral and Cremation Services (731 Roanoke Ave, Roanoke Rapids, NC 27870). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
