With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Kay Beam (Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina), who passed away on December 16, 2024 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Ruth Kay farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Ruth Kay is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David Samuel Beam and Lucille Carter Beam; her siblings, Rachel Vincent and David Glenn Beam Sr.; her nephew David Glenn Beam Jr.; and her niece Tina Hoover.
She is survived by: her sisters, Gail Falciani (Anthony), Marie Love and Melissa Newsome (Alvis "Al" Sherron).
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Freedom FWB Church (4516 NC-125, Halifax, NC 27839).
