He is survived by: his wife Victoria Nelms Rhea; his children, Clayton Wayne Rhea of Roanoke Rapids, Ronald Seth Rhea (Amanda) of Enfield and Felissa Marie Rhea (Johnny) of Louisburg; his brother Robert Rhea of Roanoke Rapids; his brother-in-law James Hasty of Roanoke Rapids; and his grandchildren, Landin Edwards, Mackenzie Edwards, Laurissa Edwards, Cole Edwards, Alexis Bednarczyk, Noah Rhea and Stormie Rose Rhea.
