She was predeceased by: her parents, Myron Turner (Mike) and Mary Lee Cook Turner of Halifax, N. C.; her husband Rev. Sam Twisdale; her son Jonathan Kelly Twisdale of Roanoke Rapids, N. C.; and her brother Joel Turner of Halifax, N. C..

She is survived by: her daughters, Wendy Mitchell (Bill) of Athens, Diana Twisdale of Roanoke Rapids, N. C. and Merrie Jill Twisdale of Roanoke Rapids, N. C.; her granddaughters, Yolanda Casper, April Twisdale, Amy Wright, Heather Ingrum, Shonda Whitby and Britney Shaw; her brothers, Albert Turner (Faye) of Lyncnburg, Robin Turner (Frances) of Halifax, N. C., David Turner (Patricia) and Danny Turner; and her sisters-in-law, Elaine Turner of Halifax, N. C. and Linda Turner of Halifax, N. C.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
