She is survived by: her children, Melinda Clark Powell of Gaston, Cynthia Powell Perkins of Gaston and Robin Hunt Bell of Charlotte; and her siblings, Doretha Brown of Waverly, VA, Lucinda Powell of Ft. Washington, MD, Marlene Vaughn (Derrick) of Raleigh, NC, James Hunt (Annie Bell) of Seat Pleasant, MD and Milton Hunt (Dorothy) of Skippers, VA.. She is also survived by great-great-grandson; a host of nieces, nephews and spiritual brothers and sisters.
