She was predeceased by: her father Elwood Shelton Wilder; her husband Joseph Randolph Williams; and her brothers, Elwood Shelton Wilder Jr. (Sybil) and Herman Leroy Wilder (Laura). She is survived by: her children, Grady Neal Jr. and Cindy White (Lawrence) of Roanoke Rapids; her stepchildren, Randy Williams (Helen) and Renee Williams Spain (Millard) of Roanoke Rapids; her siblings, Joseph Wilder (Elaine) and Ella Faye Gibbs (Charles) of Raleigh; her grandchildren, Brad Wilder, Michelle Williams, Jennifer Harris, Samantha Meeks, Sarah Garcia (Alex), Garrett Williams and Grady Neal III (Courtney); and her pet Angel. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
