He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Picot and Beatrice Shearin Inscoe. He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Harris (Donnie) of Roanoke Rapids, NC, Polly Nethercutt (Gary) of Henrico, NC and Donna Smith (Jimmy) of Roanoke Rapids, NC.; his grandchildren, Stephanie Bruton (David) of Charlottesville, VA, Brock Smith of Roanoke Rapids and Logan Smith; his great grandchildren, Sadie, Ana, Micah and Silas Bruton of Charlottesville, VA.; and his sister Jane Speed (Charles) of Harrisville, WV. He is also survived by two nephews, several great-nieces, nephews, and cousins.
