He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Ivey and Elma Ivey; and his brothers, Richard Earl Ivey (Dick) and Robert Ivey. He is survived by: his wife Joan Ivey; his stepson Jeffrey Dixon (Sandy); his grandchildren, Kelly Perkins (Brien) and Caitlyn Dixon; his great grandchild Foster Perkins; and his siblings, Shirley Deaver, Ophelia Taylor (Donald), Pattie Phelps (Lou), Cathy McCanless (Walt) and Jerry Ivey (Ann). He is also survived by his several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
