She was predeceased by: her parents, Gale Borden and Jessie Tyler Barnes; and her siblings, Cecil Barnes and Blannie Britton. She is survived by: her husband William Joseph Britton (Billy); her sons, Andy Britton (Terry) and Tim Britton (Lynne); her sisters, Vivian Turner, Faye Davis and Elaine Davis; her grandchildren, Amy O'Neal (Pierre), Christy Klemiuk, Tyler Britton and Crystal Bain (Austin); and her great grandchildren, Brendan Lassiter, Mikey and Anndi Jane Klemiuk.
In lieu of flowers, the family has suggested memorial contributions be made in honor of Millie Britton to Galatia Baptist Church Women's Missionary Union (WMU), 1219 Galatia Rd, Seaboard, NC 27876.
