He is survived by: his son Sean Waters; his grandsons, Anthony Blake Waters of Roanoke Rapids, NC, Caleb Sean Waters of Roanoke Rapids, NC and Carson Tyler Waters of Roanoke Rapids, NC; his siblings, Ruby Irene Waters of Rocky Mount, Ruth Arlene Medlin of Roanoke Rapids, Cheryl and Sherwood Wayne Waters of Spokane, Washington; and also Halifax. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wrenn Funeral Home (1015 W 5th St, Roanoke Rapids, NC 27870).
