It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lorice Branch Britt of Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina, who passed away on May 14, 2024, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Lorice Branch may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Lorice Branch touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, McKinnely Branch and Virgie Stephenson Branch. She is survived by: her siblings, Pearl Artis (Albert) of Conway, NC, Phyllis Gee of Conway, NC, Teresa Johnson of Conway, NC, Mary Jones (Bobby) of Blacksville, SC and Ryan Branch (Tammy) of Severn, NC. She is also survived by two grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
