We are sad to announce that on December 9, 2023, at the age of 90, Lillian Gay Davis of Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Gay and Rhoda Gay; her husband Joe Mack Davis; and her sister Elizabeth Gay DeBerry. She is survived by: her children, Joey Layne Davis (Lisa Carlisle) and Joanie Davis Creech (Phillip Creech) of Seaboard; her granddaughters, Joanna Rose Davis (Andrew Bain) of Clayton and Heather Jo Creech (Willie Jones, Jr.) of Charlotte; her great grandchildren, Josie Rose Davis, Joey Mack James Parker of Clayton and Braelyn Karter Jones of Charlotte; her sister Jessie Berwager of Independence, Kansas; and her sister-in-law Jackie Davis Kennedy (Ralph Kennedy) of Wilson. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
