He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kenneth Allen and Mary Madeline Reynolds Bowen; and his wife Trudy Fitts Allen. He is survived by: his daughter Dana Allen Cooke (George); his siblings, Crow Allen (Becky), Chuck Peterson (Donna), Rex Allen, Melodi Carroll (Milton) and Mary Hansen; his godsons, Matthew Wheeler and Christopher Wheeler; and his best little buddy Nate Calderon.
