He was predeceased by: his parents, John Rives Manning, Sr. and Sarah Boswood Manning; his wife Judy Staten Manning; and his son John William Manning. He is survived by: his son Arlie Manning (Erica) of Youngsville; his granddaughter Charlotte "Charlie" Manning; and his girlfriend Helen Bush of Roanoke Rapids.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Askew Funeral and Cremation Services (731 Roanoke Ave, Roanoke Rapids, NC 27870).
