He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon M. Vick and Irene Harris Vick; his wife Helen Stancell Vick; and his sisters, Maggie Vick Pope and Mary Vick Whittington.
He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Vick Barrett (Alvin) and Ann Vick Williams; his granddaughter Melanie Williams; his brother-in-law Tom Stancell (Mary); his legged-family, Jake and Sophie; and his close friend Russell White. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and cousins.
