He was predeceased by: his father William Henry Phipps Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Cynthia Turner Phipps; his siblings, Crystal Horne (Chris), Donnie Brooks III (Tina) and William Phipps Jr. (Beth); and his nieces and nephews, Katie Matthews (James), Taylor Brooks, Allyson Horne, Sadie Phipps, Landon Brooks, Lucas Phipps, Leo and Logan Matthews. He is also survived by Several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
