It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jamie Albertson Meadows (Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina), born in Halifax, North Carolina, who passed away on December 5, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, L. J. Alberston and Margie Raymark Alberston; her husband Mark Meadows; her sister Peggy (Max Pepper); and her father-in-law Harvey Meadows.
She is survived by: her son Marty Jones (Joy); her stepdaughter Lindsey Rowland (Jason); her sisters, Joan Perkinson (Larry) of Roanoke Rapids, Sue Garner (Carl) of Roanoke Rapids and Nina Jones of Whitakers; her grandchildren, Mark (Atalee), Carter, Logan, Alexis, Josie, Cash and Gabriel; her mother-in-law Rose Meadows; and her sister-in-law Julie Tarascio (Jack). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
