He is survived by: his wife Ruby Westbrook Howard; his children, David James Howard (Shannon) and Susan Howard Kennedy (Jay); his grandchildren, Alexis Grace Howard, Chase Alexander Howard, Andrew Joseph Kennedy, Justin Everett Kennedy and Morgan Jean Kennedy; and his siblings, George Howard and Frances Williams.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wrenn Funeral Home (1015 W 5th St, Roanoke Rapids, NC 27870). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
