She was predeceased by: her parents, Morlene Hardy (Harding) and Lonza Hardy, Sr.; her husband Langford Manning, Sr.; her sister Barbara Ann Porch (Hardy); and her grandparents, James Solomon, Clara Hardy (Brooks), Robert and Rebecca Jane Harding.
She is survived by: her children, Samantha Nicole Manning of Roanoke Rapids, NC and Langford Manning, Jr. of Cary, NC; her grandchildren, James Dominic McCain of Roanoke Rapids, NC. and Jordan Kah'lil McCain of Roanoke Rapids, NC.; her siblings, Gloria Jean Hardy of Bronx, NY, Lonza Calvin Hardy, Jr. of Newport News, VA and James Hardy of Greenville, NC; her nieces and nephews, Barbara Jean Porch of Knightdale, NC, Monique Pollard of Winterville, NC, Michael Anthony Porch of Knightdale, NC, Rashad Ibn Hardy of Bronx, NY and Jailen Dawson of Winterville, NC; her aunt Ethel Darden of Bronx, NY; her siblings-in-law, Lillie M. Moore of Charlotte, NC and Joseph Manning (Eunice) of Hampton, VA; and her close friend Janet DiLauro of Weldon, NC. She is also survived by cousins, other relatives and friends.
