He is survived by: his wife Gloria Massey Harlow; his children, Brandy Shaw (Marc) of Roanoke Rapids, Michael Harlow (Mia) of Harrison Township, MI and Rachel Jordan (Lex) of Lansing, KS; his stepchildren, Kelly Baker (Trae) of Garner, NC and Trey Maness (Laura) of Roanoke Rapids; and his siblings, Lois H. Jones of Roanoke Rapids, Mary H. Mozingo (Troy) of Roanoke Rapids and Charlie A. Harlow (Patricia) of Roanoke Rapids. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild.
