He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Edward Etheridge and Estelle Browning Etheridge; and his brothers, Theodore Etheridge and Rudolph Etheridge. He is survived by: his wife Merle Louise Etheridge; his children, Tamera Etheridge and Richard Etheridge (Saida); and his nephew Zan Day (Frieda).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Wrenn Funeral Home (1015 W 5th St, Roanoke Rapids, NC 27870). A graveside service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Cedarwood Cemetery (1100 W 4th St, Roanoke Rapids, NC 27870).
