She is survived by: her children, Lisa Whitby Wall (Tim) of Whitakers, Andy Whitby (Angel) of Weldon and Kenny Whitby of Weldon; her siblings, Gail W. Mainwaring (Frank) of Emporia, VA and Jesse R. "Buddy" Allen (Linda) of Roanoke Rapids; and her grandsons, Paul and Reid Whitby. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
