He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Shimko Bobbitt; his children, Ashley Bobbitt Rook (Jason) and William Bobbitt (Hollie) of Roanoke Rapids; and his grandchildren, Caitlin Bobbitt, Emerson Bobbitt, Colby Bobbitt and Brooklyn Bobbitt.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the John the Baptist Lutheran Church (1351 W Atlantic St, Emporia, VA 23847).
