He is survived by: his daughter Sarah Phillips; his sisters, Sherry Baggett and Michelle Taylor (Jerry); his niece Mindy King; his great-nieces, Adalyn Hudson and Brooklyn Carroll; his friends, Kevin and Todd Delbridge; his close friend Jet; and also David Falcone.
