He is survived by: his brother Lawrence "Scott" Davis; his stepfather John Futrell; his pet Roxy; his mother Inez Ivey Futrell of Roanoke Rapids; his aunts, Margo Smith McElhenney (Charles) of Roanoke Rapids and Angel Whitby (Andy) of Weldon; his uncle Roland Davis of Roanoke Rapids; and his cousin Tammie Raby Smith (David) of Louisville, KY. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
