She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Hattie Morris and Junius Jerell Insco; her husbands, Percy Lee Allen and James Cullom; her son-in-law Mike Sheppard; her children, Judy Reustle (Chuck) of Myrtle Beach, Kathy DeBerry (Larry) of Roanoke Rapids and Al Allen; and her sister-in-law Dorothy A. Waters. She was also cherished by 8 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandson; many special nieces, nephews, and many friends.
Memorial Contributions may be made to Halifax County Hospice or to South Rosemary United Methodist Church.
