She was predeceased by: her mother Shelby Wheeler Massey; her siblings, Eugene Massey, Jr. and Carla Jones; and her close friend Russ Crotts. She is survived by: her children, Shannon Williams (Troy) of Roanoke Rapids, Jennifer Massey of Roanoke Rapids and Jack Bryant (Krystal Dudley) of Roanoke Rapids; her sisters, Barbara Jones of Roanoke Rapids and Joanne Gilpin (Mark) of Tennessee; her grandchildren, Logan Williams, Devin Williams, McKenzie Hendricks and Baylee Carroll; her great grandchildren, Legend Taylor, Everleigh Williams and Chandler Williams; and her nieces, Ashelee Hester and Tammy DeBerry. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
