It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Concetta Marchica Agoglia of Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on March 29, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Agoglia; her parents, Joseph Marchica and Fannie Marchica; and her siblings, Angelo Marchica, Charlie Marchica, Sammy Marchica, Jenny LaRusso and Antonette Marchica.
She is survived by: her children, Bob Agoglia (Susan), Christopher Agoglia (Alicia) and Linda Ballas (John); and her grandchildren, Jason Drew (Duygu), Michael Drew (Vanessa), Timothy Drew (Erica), Heather Kinney (Chad), Greg Agoglia (Cindy), Emily Agoglia and Jacob Agoglia. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hockaday Funeral & Cremation Service (507 US-158, Roanoke Rapids, NC 27870). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church (115 E 9th St, Roanoke Rapids, NC 27870). A burial was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at the Cedarwood Cemetery (1100 W 4th St, Roanoke Rapids, NC 27870).
