He is survived by: his sons, Trey Bailey (Megan) of Roanoke Rapids and Ty Bailey LaPierre (Alexis) of Oxnard, California; his parents, Geraldine "Jeri" Earley of Roanoke Rapids and Cleo B. Bailey, Sr. (Louise) of Roanoke Rapids; his grandchildren, Carmen Luxe Bailey and Adriana LaPierre; his siblings, Sondra Livesay (Craig) of Roanoke Rapids and Chris Bailey (Rhonda) of Roanoke Rapids; his nieces, Dana Benner (Ian), Bailey Leggett (Lee) and Madison Bailey; and his great-niece Harper Benner. He is also survived by many cousins and several Aunts and Uncles.
