He was predeceased by: his parents, Christopher Robin and Sandra Lassiter Spivey. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Marie Spivey; his stepson Jayden Hale; his sister Laura Spivey (Trey Maness); and his nieces and nephews, Zachary Maness, Cameron Maness, Haley Spivey of Roanoke Rapids and Kaylee Edwards of Roanoke Rapids. He is also survived by several Aunts and Uncles & Cousins.
