He is survived by: his wife Judy Kaye Harvin; his children, Ginnie Mims Davis (Brian) of Roanoke Rapids and Buck Mims (Kimberly) of Aberdeen; his sister Elizabeth "Muntzie" Britt (Richard) of South Carolina; his grandchildren, Michael Park (Adrianna), Koty Davis (Kayla), Halie Davis Pike (Justin), Brooke Brabrant and Josh Brabrant; and his great grandchildren, Nora Park, Hazel Pike and Kennedy Davis.
