It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Candy Marlene Kennedy of Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina, born in Torrance, California, who passed away on July 22, 2023, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry Collier and Margaret R. Kidd Collier; and her brothers, Keith Lewis and Gary Collier. She is survived by: her husband Gregory Kennedy; her sons, Robert Alexander, Jr. of Indiana, Steven Alexander of Indiana and Brandon Alexander of Indiana; her siblings, Sam Collier of The Villages, FL, Peggy Gay of Wendell, NC, Lisa Tritt of Roanoke Rapids and Macy Clements of Roanoke Rapids; and her grandchildren, Shyla, Ethon, Shann, Zack, Yuri and Rachel.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to one's favorite charity.
