She is survived by: her children, Robert "Bo" Nowell (Pauletta) of Pueblo, CO and Christina Edwards (Damion Pettway) of Roanoke Rapids; her sister-in-law Donna Nowell of Roanoke Rapids; her grandchildren, Devon Edwards, Heaven Pettway, Izabella Pettway and Brantley Brown; her nieces, Jessica Nowell and Victoria Nicole Nowell; and her nephew Brian Nowell.
