He was predeceased by: his parents, Joshua Turner and Margaret Turner; and his siblings, Reuben Turner, Leslie Turner, Jasper Turner, Ruth Barnard, Martha Dunlow and Ernest Turner.
He is survived by: his wife Rachel; his children, Cindy Carter (John) and Steve Turner (Robin); his grandson Brian Turner (McKenzie Hardman); his sister Rose Beacham (Marshall); and his nephew Ernest Turner (Jackie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
