She is survived by: her family Church; her children, Howard Russell "Russ" Brown, Jr. (Heather) and Shannon Brown Carter; her grandchildren, Shaylin Carter, Shadrick Carter (Jenna), Shaden Carter, Shamry Carter, Ben Brown and Reagan Johnson; her great grandchild Everleigh Carter; her siblings, Kay Kinnin DeBerry (Grady), Annette Kinnin Ricks, Paula Kinnin Farrell (Buddy) and Paul Kinnin (Iris); her nieces and nephews, Brian Barnette, Kelly Hubbard and Army Mary Ann Ricks; her close friends, Melinda, Billy Walker, Donna Peterson and Brenda Bowen; and her pet Tugg. She is also survived by her children, sisters, and grandchildren.
