He is survived by: his wife Debra Williams Pierce; his children, Derek Pierce of Roanoke Rapids, Stacey Pierce of Roanoke Rapids and Melinda Pierce of Roanoke Rapids; his grandchildren, Julia Pierce and Hunter Johnson; and his siblings, Doris Pierce, Ronnie Pierce, Jimmy Pierce, Steve Pierce, Robin Pierce and Tracy Pierce.
