She was predeceased by: her parents, Mack Gregory Alexander and La Vera Hawkins Alexander. She is survived by: her husband Jonny Pridgen; her children, Vera Pridgen Whitehurst of Wilmington, NC and Britt Pridgen (Susan) of Leland, NC; her brothers, Mack Wayne Alexander (Joyce) of Texas and Jim Alexander (Susan) of Texas; her grandchildren, Carrie Mills, Timmy Mills, Spencer Borden Strange (RJ) and Brittany Pridgen; and her great grandchildren, Bradley Strange and Avery Strange.
