She was predeceased by: her parents, J. D. Myers and Ann Potter Myers; her husband Douglas M. Cook Jr.; her children, Douglas M. Cook III and Michelle Cook Vaught; and her brother Steve Myers.
She is survived by: her daughter Cynthia Cook Frank; her grandson Zachary Travis Frank; and her great grandchild Ailah R. Frank.
