It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Parham (Richlands, North Carolina), who passed away on April 6, 2020, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tiffany Vines (Randy), Amanda Parham (Gary Hurley) of California and Ashley Parham (Nick Davis) of Wilmington, NC; his mother Virginia Parham of Raleigh; his siblings, Bobby Parham (Yvonne) of Raleigh and Diane Parham of Raleigh; and his grandchildren, Devin Parham, Zandur Parham, Kayla Isaksen, Lilly Hurley and Jake Hurley (Laura Lieberman) of Raleigh.
