“What an unbelievable tragedy. Shatina was an inspiration to all who knew her. It’s easy to speak about her singing talent, but it’s the friendly nature she had about her that spoke volumes. My wife Felicia and I are devastated by her loss, but God can turn our mourning into dancing. One of Shatina’s favorite songs we’ve ministered together many times was “Mercies Are New”. It was a pleasure to minister alongside her, but it was a greater blessing to be called friend. Rest in Jesus my sister!”
