He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Doughty and Barbara Craig Doughty; his sisters, Donna Doughty Cox (James) and Joan Doughty Rhymer; and his niece Becky Stutts.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Jeffery L. Rhymer (Lyn), James S. Rhymer (Wendi), Jennifer Rhymer Caughman (Michael), Jeffrey W. Stutts and Melissa Stutts Cremiewicz (Barry); and his brother-in-law Joe A. Rhymer.
